The Intellectual Property Commission of the ICC Poland

Main tasks of the Intellectual Property Commission of the ICC Poland include:

monitoring the development of the Polish Copyright Law, including: assessment of changes in Polish law resulting from the implementation of the European trade mark system, European patent, the idea of European single digital market and its impact on the Polish economy;
initiating debates among practitioners and theorists of intellectual property law;
support and advice to entrepreneurs and participation in legislative work in the field of intellectual property law.

"Protection of IP content: cross-industry cooperation"

On 26 April 2023, the World IP Day, a conference "Protection of IP content: cross-industry cooperation" took place, gathering renowned panellists and speakers. The meeting was organized by the ICC Poland Intellectual Property Commission and CANAL+, in cooperation with the Sygnał Association.

Dr Cezary Wiśniewski oraz Justyna Szpara powołani na prezesa i wiceprezes ICC Polska na kolejną kadencję

W czerwcu br. dr Cezary Wiśniewski, radca prawny, senior partner oraz szef warszawskiej praktyki rozwiązywania sporów w kancelarii Linklaters, został powołany na Prezesa ICC Polska na kolejną, trzyletnią kadencję. Pierwsza kadencja rozpoczęła się w czerwcu 2018 roku. Funkcję Wiceprezes ICC Polska powierzono ponownie mecenas Justynie Szpara, która jest adwokatem oraz partnerem kierującym pracami zespołu rozwiązywania sporów w kancelarii Łaszczuk i Wspólnicy. Pierwsza kadencja mecenas Justyny Szpara rozpoczęła się również w czerwcu 2018 roku.
