ICC YAAF cordially invites you to join a masterclass on oral advocacy in international arbitration, followed by a reception, hosted by Wardyński & Partners in Warsaw, on 25 October 2025, at 18:45-21:15 (CET). 

This event is held at the occasion of Vis Moot Fall Bootcamp 2025 organized by the Uniwersytet SWPS in Warsaw in cooperation with the Commercial Law Development Program of the US Department of Commerce.

The discussion will focus on the art of oral advocacy, including (but not limited to), the process of strategising and preparing to be an effective advocate, use of advocacy during the case management conference, opening submissions, closing arguments, cooperation between counsel, cultural considerations, and the use of technology for the purpose of advocacy.
