W 2019 roku ICC Polska zrealizowało szereg inicjatyw na rzecz kreowania standardów postępowania, kształtowania kierunków rozwoju oraz dobrych praktyk w obrębie arbitrażu, ADR, bankowości, prawa konkurencji, prawa własności intelektualnej, ochrony danych osobowych oraz compliance. Celem każdej z inicjatyw było stworzenie przestrzeni na wymianę opinii członków ICC w zakresie kwestii dotyczących szeroko rozumianego handlu i inwestycji.
We are delighted to inform that International Chamber of Commerce will be present to support business engagement at the forthcoming 24th Conference of the Parties (COP24) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change from 3-14 December 2018, in Katowice, Poland. ICC has a long history of promoting climate action at the international level and is the UNFCCC Focal Point for Business and Industry. We would like to invite all attendees of COP24 to the meeting organized by the ICC.
On October 31, a meeting the Arbitration Commission of ICC Poland took place. The discussion was hosted by President of ICC Poland, Dr. Cezary Wiśniewski and Commission President, Justyna Szpara.

ICC ISSUES WARNING ON FAKE INCOTERMS® RULES AND DECEPTIVE TRAINING OFFERS
In recent months, a number of websites and providers have started to offer information or training on the new Incoterms® 2020 rules. Please be advised that only ICC and its National Committees and groups are in the position to inform you about the current status of the Incoterms® 2020 rules until their publication which is planned for next year.
This past June, the new members of the Board of ICC Poland were elected – Cezary Wisniewski was elected the next President, replacing Maciej Jamka in the role. Justyna Szpara was elected Vice-President of the Chamber and Chair of the Arbitration Committee, and replaced Bartosz Krużewski in this position. Two members reconfirmed their positions on the Board, Wojciech Kowalewski as the Treasurer and Paweł Pniewski as Secretary General.
W czerwcu br. nastąpiły zmiany w zarządzie ICC Polska – dr Cezary Wiśniewski został wybrany nowym Prezesem Izby i tym samym zastąpił w tej roli mecenasa Macieja Jamkę. Justyna Szpara została wybrana Wiceprezesem Izby oraz Przewodniczącą Komisji ds. Arbitrażu, zastępując w tej roli mecenasa Bartosza Krużewskiego. W zarządzie pozostali Wojciech Kowalewski jako Skarbnik oraz Paweł Pniewski jako Sekretarz Generalny.
We cordially invite you to Warsaw Arbitration and Mediation Days - a three-day conference which is a joint initiative of the most important arbitration institutions in Poland: Polish National Committee of the ICC, Arbitration Court at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw, Lewiatan Court of Arbitration, Polish Association of Engineers and Appraisers, University of Warsaw and SWPS University of Social Science and Humanities. The partners of the event are AIJA and ICC Paris.
