invite you to participate in the second edition of the training to be held in the academic year 2015/2016 at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow.

STAFF: Employees of the Secretarial Office of the ICC Court and ADR Center, foreign academics and renowned practitioners representing various jurisdictions and law firms.

WORKSHOPS: The training consists of five sessions (Friday 10 a.m.-6 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. - 6 p.m., Sunday 9 a.m.-3 p.m.) in Cracow.

January 22-24, 2016 Dispute Resolution Clause. Case strategy. Request for Arbitration and Answer.

April 15-17, 2016 Arbitrators. Interim Measures. Emergency Arbitration.

May 13-15, 2016 Hearing and Evidence.

June 10-12, 2016 The Award. Post-arbitral Proceedings.

June 24-26, 2016 ADR. Mediation.

FORM OF TRAINING: Practical workshops based on economic case study simulating the entire arbitration proceedings and mediation.

PARTICIPANTS: The training is addressed to the representatives of legal professions and scientists and students of MA and PhD. legal studies interested in deepening of their knowledge and creation of skills in the field of arbitration and ADR.
Participants of the training will receive a diploma of completion of the training issued by the Jagiellonian University.
