On May 24, Linklaters Warsaw law firm office hosted the ICC Young Arbitrators Forum. The event was entitled “The psychology of decision-making in international arbitration” and welcomed over 30 young guests from the Polish and international ICC YAF community.

The panel was made up of a diverse group of arbitration practitioners from across Europe who exchanged ideas: Dr. Ula Cartwright-Finch (managing associate, Linklaters London), Dr. Johanna Büstgens (associate, Hanefeld Rechtsanwälte, Hamburg), Michal Čáp, LL.M. (senior associate, ROWAN LEGAL, Prague), Adelina Prokop (advocate, Clifford Chance, Warsaw), Dr. Tom Christopher Pröstler, LL.M. (counsel, CMS, Berlin/Hong Kong) and Alicja Zielinska-Eisen, LL.M. (academic coordinator of International Dispute Resolution LL.M. at Humboldt University of Berlin, Berlin). The event was also an occasion to meet with the ICC representatives: Ulrich Kopetzki (associate, DORDA, Vienna) and the newly elected Natalia Jodłowska (managing associate, Gessel, Warsaw).
