ICC Toolkit for Small- and Medium-Size Enterprises

Description of the event:
The ICC Poland Commission on Competition is honored to invite you to participate in another initiative contributing to the building of antitrust law awareness among entrepreneurs, which comprises comprising holding of regional meetings with participation of the UOKiK representatives, entrepreneurs associated with local markets, professionals specializing in antitrust law and academic representatives.

The meetings will be held in accordance with the following formula:: (i) opening part - the meeting will be opened by a representative of UOKiK and the Commission; (ii) practical part - workshop during which a member of the Commission organizing the meeting will show how to use the “ICC Antirust Compliance Toolkit” and “ICC Toolkit for Small and Medium-Size Enterprises”, debate on the role of antirust law in the activity of small and medium-size enterprises with participation of the representatives of UOKiK, science, business and the Commission, discussion; (iii) closing part - conclusions and summary of the meeting by the Commission.
