We would like to invite you to the inaugural launch of the Polish edition of “ICC Antitrust Compliance Toolkit” on June 9, 2015.

An introductory speech at the inauguration will be delivered by Ms. Bernadeta Kasztelan-Świetlik, Vice President of the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKIK).

The purpose of the event is to build competition law awareness among entrepreneurs and to encourage them to have programs for the observance of competition law. The inauguration will be divided into three parts. A practical workshop during which the Commission will present how to use the “ICC Antirust Compliance Toolkit," and subsequently, the representatives of entrepreneurs will share their experience regarding compliance programs. Following the workshop, a debate will be held on the role of competition law compliance programs in the activity of companies, with the participation of the representatives of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, scientists, lawyers, and the Commission. The last part will comprise a discussion and responses to questions.

During the meeting, the Commission will officially make available to the entrepreneurs the Polish edition of the “ICC Antirust Compliance Toolkit.” Participation at the meeting and the copies provided will be free of charge.

The Commission’s aim is to widely share the good practices developed by ICC with entrepreneurs and to support such programs.
