W dniu 17.06.2019 r. miało miejsce otwarte spotkanie Komisji Konkurencji ICC Polska z udziałem Wiceprezesa UOKiK Michała Holeksy oraz Dyrektora Departamentu Konkurencji UOKiK Wojciecha Dorabialskiego. Spotkanie poświęcone było nowym praktykom Urzędu dotyczących odpowiedzialności osób fizycznych za dopuszczenie do naruszenia prawa konkurencji oraz odpowiedzialności spółek matek za działania spółek córek (parental liability).

New Head of Intellectual Property Commission2019-03-25

The Board of ICC Poland appointed new a Head of Intellectual Property Commission. Oskar Tułodziecki will replace Waldemar Saniewski in this position and Mr. Saniewski will become Vice-President of the Commission.
