Pierwsza kadencja rozpoczęła się w czerwcu 2018 roku. Funkcję Wiceprezes ICC Polska powierzono ponownie mecenas Justynie Szpara, która jest adwokatem oraz partnerem kierującym pracami zespołu rozwiązywania sporów w kancelarii Łaszczuk i Wspólnicy. Pierwsza kadencja mecenas Justyny Szpara rozpoczęła się również w czerwcu 2018 roku.
